Construction Loans rates may be locked for 1 year, 3 year, or 5 year initial rate locks in our Variable Rate Loans program with 80% financing available. There is a repayment term of 29 years, with interest only payments on the funds disbursed during construction.

Loans over $417,000 are considered Jumbo Loans and the interest rate would be .50% higher than our stated rates.
