Great Midwest Bank update on COVID-19
For the continued safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and community, we’d like to communicate our plan, to safely move forward during these unprecedented times.
In efforts to assist borrowers during these unprecedented times, we're waiving late charges on all mortgage and consumer loans for the months of April, May and June.
For mortgage closings, our Loan Officers will arrange for an in-person closing via our drive thru lanes and accommodate with eSignatures on many documents that don’t require a wet signature. Additionally, appraisers are also considered essential for the real estate industry and have been given instruction to work within the current restrictions.
We are taking precaution to cleanse and disinfect before and after each closing. If you are sick or have test positive for COVID-19, please reschedule. Only required signers should attend closing.
Now is a great time to enroll in online banking access, it only takes a few minutes. You can find the online banking enrollment link on our Great Midwest Bank homepage.
Our West Allis has glass in place to prevent exposure, so foot traffic is allowed. We strongly encourage you to use Great Midwest Bank’s digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. We also recognize that some of our residential mortgage borrowers will be affected by the business disruptions.
