Great Midwest Bank's update on COVID-19.
For the continued safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and community, we’d like to update you on the following information.
We’ve missed you and look forward to welcoming you back into all of the lobbies starting on 9/21/20. We encourage using our drive-thrus, ATMs, online and mobile banking services, and night deposit boxes whenever possible. However, we understand some things are just easier done face-to-face. So, for everyone’s safety, we ask you to wear a face mask and follow posted guidance signs when visiting one of our branches.
We’ve installed protective barriers in some areas for your safety and the safety of our employees. Some lobbies may be limited to a certain number of guests at a time. Please be patient and thank you for understanding.
Our Loan Officers can arrange your closing in-person or by signing via our drive-thru lanes. eSignatures will be used on many documents that don’t require a wet signature. Additionally, real estate appraisers have been given instruction to work within the current restrictions and guidelines.
We’re taking precautions to cleanse and disinfect before and after each closing. If you are sick or have tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule. Only required signers should attend closing.
We encourage small businesses to do their part to help keep their employees, customers, and themselves healthy. Please continue to check this site for relevant and timely information as the situation evolves.
Recently passed legislation provides funding for Paycheck Protection Program loans administered by the SBA. We are partnering with online lender Kabbage to provide our small business customers access to these loans. Please be aware that this loan will be with Kabbage under terms set by the Small Business Administration, and Great Midwest Bank is unable to provide any servicing needs for this loan.
